sift together:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsps. baking powder
1-1/2 tsps. baking soda
2 tsps. cinnamon
add the following ingredients:
1-1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups grated carrots
1-1/2 cups walnuts
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix well and bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan for 40 minutes at 350. Spread your favorite cream cheese frosting on cooled cake.
