Lawrys Season Salt
1 tbsp. of Caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle roast on all sides with Lawry's Salt
Add caraway seeds to top of roast
Cook in 350 oven for 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 160
