2 cans tuna fish
1 small white onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 1/4cups Italian flavored bread crumbs, divided
Cooking oil
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tuna. Mix with the eggs and onion. Add about 3/4 cup of the bread crumbs to the mix. Shape into patties- makes 6-8. Press into remaining bread crumbs to give them a final coat.
Fry patties in oil, adding salt and pepper to taste. When each side is golden brown, they are done.
