1 Package of Oreos, finely crushed
8 oz. bar cream cheese, softened
2 packages Baker's semi -sweet chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Reserve 2 tbs. of the crushed Oreos. Mix the rest with the cream cheese until well blended. Once blended, shape the mix into one inch balls- makes a little over 3 dozen.
Dip each of the balls into the melted chocolate and place on wax paper. Sprinkle with the reserved Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate for about an hour, or until firm.
