1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 egg whites
1 cup chopped, peeled apples

Glaze: 4 tbsp powdered sugar and 2 tbsp maple syrup (You may want to add more of each ingredient, depending on how much glaze you would like on the muffins)

1. Set oven for 400. Spray muffin pan with PAM.
2. Combine first five ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add milk, butter, syrup, egg whites. Mix until moist.
4. Gently stir in apples.
5. Fill muffin cups until almost full.
6. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool; drizzle glaze on top of each muffin.
