1 cup flour 1 egg 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 cup milk 1 tbsp. oil
Stir ingredients together, beat until smooth. It will be runny. If it is too runny add a little more flour. (can substitute milk with beer) This is great batter for fish. I use this to deep fry onions & bass.
