1 lb. ground beef
1 8 oz. can tomato paste
24 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 egg
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. lasagna noodles

Directions:

Cook lasagna noodles. Brown beef and pour off fat. Add tomato sauce, paste, garlic and spaghetti sauce mix. Stir and bring to boil. Put a layer of cooked noodles on bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Pour 1/2 of meat mixture over noodles. Mix cottage cheese with egg and layer over meat mixture. Repeat with noodles, and meat. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
