2 1/4 c. sifted flour
4 1/2 TBS Cocoa
1 1/2 baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 salt
7 1/2 TBS cooking oil
1 1/2 TBS White vinegar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Put sifted flour in sifter again, add cocoa, baking soda, sugar and salt and sift right into s greased 9x13 dripper pan. Now make three grooves or holes into the mixture. Into one groove pour oil, into the other pour the vinegar, into the next poor vanilla. Now poor the cold water over it and beat good with a spoon until smooth and you can't see the flour. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Your oven may vary so check in 27 or 28 minutes. After the cake cools for 1 1/2 hours cover with handi wrap until you get ready to frost. This make it a little more moist. Use any icing although cream cheese icing tastes best.
