Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
Dissolve 2 Tbsp. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water.
4 eggs
1/2 c. liquid crisco oil
7 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar to 4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large mixer 4-5 minutes or until dough looks wet and shiny. Put in a greased bowl and let rise until double in size. Roll in rectangle. Pour 1 cube melted margarine over dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up starting with the longest side. Cut and let rise on cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

I found that using dental floss to cut the dough works great. Just wrap around dough and pull!
