Ingredients:
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 c. butter, softened
1 T. vanilla extract
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. all purpose white flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 teasp salt
3 c. total baking chips (your choice of chips, peanutbutter,semi-sweet,white etc.)
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all sugars and soft butter together until fluffy (scrape bowl to get all on sides and bottom). Add the vanilla and eggs. Add remainder of dry ingredients and mix well. Dough may be stiff. Add all the chips and optional nuts and blend well. If dough is to warm the cookies will not puff up nicely so I chill the mix for 1/2 hour. Per-heat oven to 350. Place small scoops of dough onto lined cookie sheets and bake 1 tray at a time for 10 - 12 minutes. Cool cookies on wire racks and enjoy.
