1 c. mayo
1/2 c. parmesean cheese
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/3 c. crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brush both sides of chicken with mayo.Coat with crumbs. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or till done.

When I make this we use Italian bread crumbs, add a little seasonings and parmesean cheese. You can create it any way you like.
