1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter
2 Eggs
2 3/4 cups Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, butter, and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add to wet mixture. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
