18 oz. cooked tortellini
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 c. peas
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. basil
1 c. milk
16 oz. Alfredo sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
While the tortellini is cooking, saute the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the remaining ingredients, including drained tortellini. Put in a pan and top with:1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, 2 TB. margarine, melted, and 1 c. bread crumbs. Bake @ 400º for 15-20 minutes.

Aaron, my husband, does not like peas in things, so when I made this I used 1 medium zucchini instead of the peas. I sliced it and sautéed it with the onion and garlic, it was yum!
