1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 c sour cream
1 c. Pace Picante Sauce
2 tsp chili powder
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 flour (6") tortillas, warmed
1 small tomato, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Boil chicken and chop into small pieces. Mix soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl. Stir 1 c. of mixture with chicken and cheese in large bowl. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place them seamside up in 11x8 shallow baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the filled tortillas. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and top with tomato and onion. * For an added treat, sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt.
