1 roast (Bottom Round) or any type
1 large onion
4-5 white potatoes, uncooked
2 handfuls baby carrots, uncooked
salt and pepper
garlic salt or powder
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. With knife, poke holes throughout roast and pour soy sauce over top, rub into meat with hands and season with salt, pepper and garlic salt.

Line baking pan with enough foil to cover meat and vegetables and place roast in center of pan, surrounding with mixed vegetables. Season vegetables and wrap and seal tightly with foil.

Bake in 1 hour increments, checking for pinkness. When roast and vegetables are cooked and tender, remove from oven.

This can also be cooked in the crock pot. Prepare in morning before you leave for work. Cook on LOW! Always put vegetables on bottom and then meat on top. It's always nice to come home to a hot meal!!
