1/4 Cup Flour
6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp of olive oil divided
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp minced onion
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp parsley

Pre heat oven to 375
1. Place flour in a shallow dish or pie plate, sprinkle chicken with salt and coat with flour
2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add chicken, turning once until golden (2-4 minutes per side)
3. Remove chicken from frying pan and put in 13x9 inch baking dish.
4. Heat remaining oil in same frying pan until hot.
5. Add garlic and onion, cook until garlic is fragrant and onion is tender. (1-2 minutes)
6. Increase heat to med-high and add whipping cream, Parmesan and pepper.
7. Cook until sauce is bubbly and slightly thick. (2-3 minutes)
Spoon over chicken
8. Bake until chicken is no longer pink in middle (about 15-20 minutes)
