16 cups mayonnaise
3 cups buttermilk
1 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 wheel blue cheese
salt and white pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and keep refrigerated. Will last indefinitely.

The El Torrito Restaurant was owned by Walt & Bobby in the early 1970's. It was a Mexican restaurant and Keenan and Debbie both worked there at different times. This is where Keenan learned many of his cooking skills as he worked in the kitchen, and was, at times, the head chef!!!!
