1-2 Pounds of Chicken Diced
2-3 Cups (can be altered)
Various Seasonings

White Rice (again depends on how many people)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large frying pan, cover bottom with sauce.
2. Add diced chicken and seasoning
3. Add about 1/2 cup of water to thin.

4. Over medium heat, cook mixture until chicken is cooked all the way through.
5. Boil bags of white rice.
6. Add butter if desired to white rice, put on dish and top with chicken mixture.

This is something that I came up with when the girls were little. It was difficult finding something they would all eat without arguments. They still love it now.
It is all trial and error as far as quantities of sauce and seasonings.
