1-1/4 lbs of Hamburg
2-2/3 cups of salsa
16 ounce can of Chili beans, drained
4 Cups of tortilla chips crushed
2-2/3 cups of Sour Cream
2 ounce can of black olives (optional)
2/3 Cup green onion diced
2/3 Cup chopped tomato (optional)
2-2/3 Cups shredded cheddar cheese ( I like Mexican better)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 350
2. In a large skillet brown Hamburg, drain and add salsa.
2. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans and heat through.
3. Spray bottom of a 9x13 inch cooking dish with cooking spray.
4. Spread crushed tortilla chips over bottom of pan and cover with hamburger mix.
5. Spread sour cream over hamburger, cover with olives, green onions and tomatoes.
6. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is hot an bubbly.
