2 cups white rice
4 cups water
2 tbsp butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, water, butter and salt in large Pyrex dish with lid. Cook on high in microwave for 22-25 minutes. Fool proof - comes out right every time.

If rewarming rice in same dish, always sprinkle with a little bit of water and stir around, Heat for about 3-5 minutes until warmed through.
