3 Cups of Saltine Crackers crushed
2 Cups of Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp Italian Style seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 cup butter melted
6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed saltines, Parmesan cheese, Italian style seasoning and garlic powder and mix well.
2. Dip the pork chops into the butter and then coat well with mix.
3. Place pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish
4. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops, thin ones take less time.
