1lb of pork sausage
1lb of lean hamburger
1tbsp of parsley
1tbsp of basil or sage
1 to 2 stalks of celery(chopped)
1/2 or whole chopped green pepper (depending how much you like peppers)
1/2 of a med onion (chopped)
1 large egg
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
2 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Crumble up the 2 slices of bread and mix with the egg, sausage and hamburger meat. Add parsley, basil/sage, chopped celery, chopped green pepper, onion.
After mixing the above ingredients, then add the mustard and 1/4 cup of ketchup.
We use a stone loaf pan, but if you don't have one, spray Olive oil in the pan and put meat mixture in loaf pan and spread 1/4 cup ketchup on the top and put in oven for 1hr.
