1 C water
1/2 C butter
1 C flour
4 eggs
Filling: mix together
1 large pkg. any flavor instant pudding mix
1 C milk
1 pint whipping cream chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour over low heat (abt. 1 min.) till forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Bake 400 degrees for 30-40 min. or till browned.
Remove from oven. Split and remove doughy filaments if desired. Can be set back in oven to crisp.
Fill puffs just before serving.
