10 cups frozen hash browns
1/4 cup plus 2 T. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
*12 oz. sour cream
*1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/4 c. melted butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Add 5 cups frozen hash browns. Mix soup, sour cream, milk and green onion in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 of mixture over hash browns. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese on top. Repeat layering of hash browns, soup mixture and cheese. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Drizzle 2 T. melted butter on top. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes.

*Instead of sour cream and green onions use the sour cream with onions and chives. Much more flavorful.
