*3 cups sweet potatoes, drained
1 cup white sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 1/2 cup coconut
1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes (drained), white sugar, salt, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla with mixer. Pour into 8 x 12 casserole dish or cake pan.

Topping:
Mix brown sugar, flour, coconut and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the above mixture.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
