2 cans tomato puree
1 can chicken broth
2 T. sugar
Milk to fill chicken broth can
6 T. dried basil
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, adding butter last. Cook on VERY low heat and cook just until butter melts. Serve.

If heat is too high soup will curdle. Temperature is very important. My family likes this soup served with the Chicken Pesto Sandwiches.
