1 C mashed bananas 1 3/4 C flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2/3 C sugar 1/3 C butter softened 2 eggs 1/2 C chopped pecans
Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add butter and eggs. Beat smooth. Fold in nuts and banana pulp. Beat to blend. Pour into greased loaf pan and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Bake 350º for 1 hour or until done.
