1 very lean pork roast
Mrs. Dash or McCormick's Mesquite
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on all sides. Sprinkle Mesquite on roast. Add water to slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 - 10 hours.

You can pull apart with 2 forks for "pulled pork." Mix with small bottle of K. C. Masterpiece Brown Sugar, Hickory or Spicy, according to preference. It makes delicious bar-b-que.
