1 lb sirloin steak or beef tenderloin
1/4 cup butter
2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
1 small thinly sliced onion
1 can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2-1/2 tablespoons flour
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stack into 1/4 inch strips. Brown quickly in butter. Push meat to one side, add the mushrooms and onions and cook until tender, but not brown. Mix flour and worchestershire sauce into beef broth, making sure mixture is smooth. Cook over low heat until mixture begins to thicken, stirring constantly, add to meat mixture and add sour cream, heat for another 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with buttered noodles or rice.
