1 package Egg Roll Wraps
4 chicken breasts
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oil

Sauce:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsbp. ginger root

Directions:
Directions:
Brown diced chicken. Then stir in vegetables and seasonings and sauce. Simmer until cabbage begins to wilt.

Spoon into egg roll wraps. Roll closed and fry in skillet of oil until browned on all sides. Serve with rice and sides.
