5 eggs
1 3/4 C sugar
1 pkg. instant pudding
1/2 qt. half-n-half
2 T vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar together. Add pudding mix made with half-n-half Then add vanilla and lemon. Pour into freezing can and fill with milk to fill line. Freeze.

Use 2 1/2 C rock salt over ice. Takes about 25 minutes.
