1 lb. pork cut into small pieces
4 celery ribs sliced thinly
1 can Chinese Chow Mein vegetables (Chun King)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons molasses
1 (4oz) can sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
1 can Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown pork in 2 tablespoon oil. Remove pork to side dish. In skillet, saute celery and onion, add pork, Chinese vegetables, soy sauce, chestnuts, molasses and simmer slowly for 20 mins. Add green pepper and mushrooms and simmer for 5 mins. Serve over noodles.
