1 stick butter or margarine, melt in pan until sizzling
2 c. self rising corn meal
1 c. self rising flour
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Place butter in Bundt pan and melt in oven until butter is sizzling. While butter is melting, mix other ingredients until well blended. Once butter is sizzling, pour ingredients into hot pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until brown on top. Remove from oven and immediately dump onto plate.
