5 c. peeled sliced granny smith apples
1/2 c. smucker's sugar free caramel topping
1 tblsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1/4 c.brown sugar
1/2 c. canola oil
cool whip , thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat an 8 by 8 pan lighty with no-stick cooking spray. Stir apples with caramel topping, cornstarch and cinnamon until apples are coated. Place in prepared pan. Combine flour,oats,and brown sugar in meduim bowl. Stir in oil until evenly moistened and large crumbs form. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender and golden brown. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Serve with cool whip.
