Crust:
1 c. hot water
15 whole graham crackers
1-8 oz. cream cheese
4 TB. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 lg. can Milnot
Filling:
1 tsp. vanilla
1-3oz. lemon jello

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crust by blending crushed graham crackers, butter and sugar and press into greased 9x13in. pan, reserve 1/2 cup for top. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Thicken slightly. Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Whip milnot until stiff. Add cheese mixture, jello and vanilla. Can use 3/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup of lemon juice in place of 1/2 cup sugar. Pour into cooled crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over to and chill.

This is the dessert that we grew up on. It is so yummy, light and refreshing! (LW) I think that Grandma sometimes made it with lime jello to for a change, also yummy!
