1 10 pkg frozen broccoli
1 14 oz can chicken broth
hot pepper sauce
nutmeg
sour cream
cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Empty broccoli and soup into medium saucepan and add a dash of hot pepper sauce or a pinch of nutmeg. Cover and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese. For a richer version, stir in a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.

This recipe works with almost any type of frozen vegetable. Experiment with your favorites or try it with corn and chili powder, cauliflower and curry, winter squash with pumpkin pie spice, or peas with mint.
