4 to 4-1/2 lbs of chicken breasts, wings, thighs, or whatever your preference is
1/2 cup white wine
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 can beef broth
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 can sliced mushroom (8 oz or more if you prefer) you may use fresh if you prefer

cut fryer in pieces or use selected pieces and dredge in flour and brown in small amount of olive oil in frying pan. Put meat into a heavy pot and add wine. In frying pan lightly brown chopped parsley, garlic, rosemary, and thyme and add tomato sauce, beef broth and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes and add undrained mushrooms. Pour over chicken in heavy pot and simmer over low heat until liquid is considerably reduced, but not dry and chicken is tender.
