2 C. Sugar 2 C. Karo Syrup 1/2 C. Butter dash of salt 1 3/4 C. Whipping Creaam 1 tsp. Vanilla
Boil Sugar and Syrup to form a soft ball. Add butter and milk gradually. Don't stop boiling. Cook to firm ball stirring constantly. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour onto buttered plate and cool. Wrap in wax paper. 240 degrees soft, 250 degrees firm.
