1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter Cake Mix
1/4 c. veg. oil
3 eggs
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 -8 1/2 oz. can cream of coconut
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 T. milk
1 16 oz. box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Poke holes in top of cakes with a fork. Pour cream of coconut over cake. Let cool.

Icing: Beat together cream cheese and milk. Add powdered sugar, a small amount at a time. Beat well. Stir in vanilla. Ice cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
