1 lb. Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy Mix
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Make sure not to over bake. They will start to bubble when they are close to being done. Remove from oven and spread on paper towels to drain excess grease. Best when served hot.
