cucumbers
mason jars
2-3/4 c sugar
2-1/3 c vinegar
3-1/2 tsp tumeric
1-1/2 tsp celery seed
1-1/2 tsp mustard seed
2 tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the cucumbers into sticks lengthwise and cover with boiling water. Let stand over night. In the morning, drain the cucumbers and pack solid in the jars.

Bring all other ingredients to the boil. Pour over the cucumbers in the jars and seal. Process in hot water bath for 5 min.
