2 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipped unsalted butter, softened
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer at low speed, blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in black pepper and herbs, mixing well. Chill, then shape mixture into one or two balls and roll in chopped nuts if desired. Serve with crackers. Makes 3 cups. These cheese balls can be frozen.
