1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbs sugar
4 Tbs butter, melted
1 can ready to spread lemon frosting
1 cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the crumbs, sugar and melted butter for the crust. Reserve 3 tablespoons for topping. Press the rest on the bottom of a 9" square pan. Bake for 10 minutes; cool.
In a small bowl, beat the frosting, cottage cheese and sour cream on high speed for 1 minute to blend well. Pour over the cooled crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Cover with foil and freeze for several hours or overnight. Defrost for a few minutes before serving. Cut into 9 squares. Top with fresh fruit or fruit topping, if desired.
