1 package (Knorr's or McCormick's) Hollandaise Sauce Mix
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup canola or grape-seed oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Zap it with your eggbeater and nuke it on high for 1 minute; zap it with eggbeater again and nuke one more minute.
