1 lb stew meat
8 cups water and 2 bouillon cubes
1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes to broth
1 cup sliced raw carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup celery chopped
cup barley
cup chopped parsley
tsp salt
1 tsp pepper


Directions:
Directions:
1 lb stew meat
Brown in soup pot
Add 8 cups water and 2 bouillon cubes
Simmer until beef is tender
Slotted spoon meat out and set aside
Add 1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes to broth
1 cup sliced raw carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup celery chopped
cup barley
cup chopped parsley
tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Shred beef and add to mix
Cover and simmer for 2 hours
