1 lb. Ground Chuck
2 cans Stewed Tomatoes
2 cans Pinto Beans (I use Bush brand)
2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
1 cab Whole Tomatoes
1 jar Pace Picanti Sauce - Medium
1 can Sliced Mushrooms
1 med. Onion - diced
1 med. Green Bell Pepper - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground chuck and drain the fat. Add it with all other ingredients in a big ole pot at medium high heat until boiling. Then turn the heat down to simmer. Simmer for a couple of hours stirring occasionally until ready to serve. This makes a pretty good pot of chili! You can add shredded cheddar cheese when served if wanted. Also great if served with corn bread muffins.
