1 lb wide egg noodles
1/2 cup butter melted
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 apples peeled,cored and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cook noodles and drain. Do not rinse
Toss with butter
Beat eggs and mix with sugar, cinnamon and apples.
Toss with noodles until all are coated with mixture
Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish
Bake for 10 minutes and remove from the oven and stir mixture.
Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.

To make this is softer dish cover casserole when baking.
