2 (14 oz.) cans of artichokes, quartered and unseasoned
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Open and drain artichokes; pour in microwaveable bowl. Add mayo and 2 1/2 cups Parmesan, saving 1/2 cup. Add garlic salt to taste (I like a good bit). Put in microwave for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Stir and pat down evenly. Add reserved cheese to top. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve with Multi-grain tortilla chips or pita chips.
