1/3 c old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
3/4 c warm water
2 eggs
pinch cream of tarter
2 tbsp butter
1 c oat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 c sliced green onion
1 tbsp chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Separate the eggs. In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, warm water, and egg yolks. Reserve egg whites. Melt the butter and cool. Add to oatmeal mixture. In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, Mix well. Add the oatmeal mixture, green onion, and chives. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of cream of tartar. Fold into flour mixture. Grease and paper an 8" square pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake at 425 20-25 min.
