1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 c walnut oil

Directions:
Directions:
In blender jar, combine egg, mustard, and salt. Blend at highest speed 30 seconds. Still at high speed, add lemon juice. With blender running (still high speed), add oil very slowly in a fine stream until all is incorporated. More lemon juice may be added if desired.
